Brilliant show with intriguing characters, interesting story lines and incredible costume design. I'm so glad I can watch it on this site, because Season 3 won't be airing in my county (US) until January. Bravo, uploader!

Such a wonderful TV show ! It is lush and rich, yet not as dark & caustic as "GOSFORD PARK", and certainly not as naive & mawkish as Jane Austen's novels. The script is so carefully done that you actually care about a dozen of characters. Besides, the scenery and the costumes are amazing.

Haha... this drama is so much like a latinamerican soap opera. It has exactly the same formula, now Im pretty sure we will have the "miracle" and our beloved cousin will stand up from that chair lol. I enjoy it a lot but in all seriousness, many things are so cheesy and predictable.

What a wonderful episode! I was crying during the scene with Ethel and her son and grandparents. Why are they all on Bate's case? I'm happy he finally caught a break, DAM!!! I ABHOR Sybil's husband. He is a class A prick. I haven't gotten any work done around the house because I am addicted to this show, lol!

This show offers the real life ups and downs that happen, not Snow Whites enchanted tales... But the comment by the grandmother was slightly pedestrian instead of 'foreboding' as the producers might have wished it to be. I look forward to the new blood they bring to the show. And as long as the main plots and multiple sub plots are balanced as they have been this show will continue to do well. I am a fan but I'm still a critic: 4/5 for the episode and 4/5 for the season(which is an improvement over the 'trench' season 2 found itself in). There is always room for improvement. Even on this show.

that is a way to go! ;) Maggie's character is so funny about the manners of a person, not to do that while visiting strangers.

I love this show ...well worth watching ..you will not be disappointed.
