I never noticed as a kid, but poke'mon has some dirty moments.

I hate how Ash is so willing to give away his pokemon to strangers like butterfree and now primeape. Talk about subtle abandonment.

I'd understand why it would be banned. I actually had to look away a moment as the quick flashing was a bit too much for me as well. Weird... Lol the music at the end is just...ugh what the hell lol.

There are too many douchebags in this show, just like real life. :(

In for a lot of cries, I can tell, A lot of nostalgia, and a lot of happiness. Time to stop writing this comment and watch EVERY episode. <3

UGHhh all these pokemon videos that I have been watching the voices aren't syncing!

The only thing that completely ruined the anime for me was the change of voices. There is only one Ash Ketchum for me, and that is Veronica Taylor.

Debating re watching the entire series. Definitely good memories starting over and so many missed episodes

aha, I remember back then when i was like 7 or somethinq, i used to watch this show like everydayyy, and on saturdays, I'd wake up like super early to watch it. good old times, haha x]

Ah so this episode was banned? Was about to say why he has a Charmander again all the way far through the first season. I guess they added this back in mid-season and it counts as a 'lost episode'.

Since it's a Japanese series all of the Pokemon episodes were originally done in Japan about a year and a half before the dubbed versions were released in the US. The time between countries has now gotten down to about 4 months. As an example, the latest episode coming to the US aired in Japan on October 4, 2012 and will air in the US on January 26, 2013.

Great episode, but after 14 years Team Rocket just has to get a shorter intro hahaha.
