Watch Rose Hill: Four orphan boys running from the law in New York stumble upon a baby in a carriage. They decide to head west and take the baby which they name Mary Rose with them. Eventually they set up a ranch which they name Rose Hill. Mary Rose grows up to be a beautiful woman and gets involved with a man who kills one of her brothers. Her brothers then explain to her that they found her in New York and she returns to find her real family. During this time Rose Hill is falling apart since her oldest brother has fallen ill and her other two brothers have gone their separate ways. |

Just watched this for the first time, and it was simply wonderful. A "real family" story about family love above all, how it should be. Acting was gentle and great, and the scenery- the land - I loved it. Jennifer Garner is as great as a wild west gal as she was in her other low action films...she is tops in my book. 9/10 for a wonderful relaxing watch.

This was fine. The same as all hallmark movies. Had a nice storyline.

I love that Jennifer Garner played Mary Rose. She did an outstanding job with her. The acting was great and the story was wonderful especially if you have never read the book. If you have not read it I suggest you buy a copy of For The Roses. That is the title of the novel by Miss Julie Garwood.I adore the book and it is my all time fave book. I have read it so many times I have lost count. Yes the movie is not faithful to the book but I have heard Miss Julie Garwood voice her full approval for the movie. I would however, love for them to make the movie again and this time stay more faithful to the book. I highly recommend the movie. :)
