Sm of my frens complained tat the movie is too long n it's jz a remake. Bt tis is the best adaptation of the story. The way the ape's story is shown feels really touching n eternal. Great movie n it's worth sitting down 4 more than 3 hours.

Yep I cried when the ape fell off the building. For anyone who likes the styles of the twenties and thirties its a treat.

such a great movie^.^ sad, but in a beautiful beautiful way. i feel like crying everytime i watch it. The cast were amazing as well. especially Adrien Brody:D i give it 10/10

The 20s and 30 styles are awesome! Also if you like that and like video games go play "Bioshock" it's really fun.

Visually this is a great film, a tad over long though. But at it's heart there is a very under-rated performance by Naomi Watts. Totally believed her character. In my humble opinion she deserved an Oscar nomination at least. Andy Serkis also delivering another skillful CGI Character. The man's a talent...

Naomi Watts is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen, so I don't remember much else...It's directed by Peter "CGI" Jackson (Lord Of The Rings) who is confidently taking "past epic movies/books" into the 21st century, and great performances IMO by Jack Black, and Adrien Brody, one of my fav actors.

Quite slow at times but I really liked this film 4/5
