A good episode, im wondering if a bigger continuous storyline will come up.

This has become my new favorite show. I used to watch The wire and 3rd watch, and this is right up that alley.

Fantastic description of what a police officer lives everyday. Perfect way to film it, and to tell stories without the pretention to give us the whole picture. Those men and women will always have their part of mystery and the directors of those series just show us fragments of their every day lives. Sometimes boring, sometimes heroic, never simple. Key sentence by one of the characters: "Do you tell your mechanic how to repair your car? No. Then don't tell a cop how to do his job."

Bad news, this show has been canceled. I cant believe TNT had canceled this show. It had sooo much potential!

I got to watch the first season of this on TV, years ago, but then it went away. Mega thanks uploaders!!!!! Now I can watch the rest of the seasons, I am soooo happy. I made it thru the first season this past week - just to review and remember what had happened, and now look forward to moving into the second season. Love the actors, love the directing, it is raw and emotional and for the many of us who have been to, lived in, or lived around south LA, you know how much truth there is in this series. It is one of my favorite police shows because it is so realistic. 4/5

Drama at it's best. The American shows have such an edge nowadays, they don't seem to be afraid to go into dark places and throw viewers of balance by dispensing of main characters out of the blue. Sad to hear that this show may be cancelled, it's already inspired a great movie. Great hearing other fans comments on here as well.

Thanks for your comment.I have the same impression.It's interesting that at the beginning of this series, Ben was the rescuer of the damsel in distress, yet he can't get too close to one. Intimacy issues perhaps...related to his Mom's rape? Not being able to save her? Good complex character.

Another great episode. very grounded and realistic! The ending was intense. I hope this show continues for a few more seasons

*SPOLIER ALERT* Needs to be said before posting stuff like this. And ofcourse it was onesided this is the episode where they kill him off. The writers have to focus on the character the majority of the episode so his end will have a bigger impact onto the story line.

Great show I am glad its back. every episode of this show is packed with action and drama. Shame Lucy Liu is not in the 5th season though

That's the least they deserve, I work Corrections and hardly anyone outside of the agency understands or knows what we're put through. Try having someone throw feces and urine on you and you still have to finish out your day. I've been stabbed twice and assaulted more times than I can count. Not only the physical stress but the mental stress as well...those benefits, so much redtape its practically useless. Pension, with all the cut-backs, yeah we probably wont have one in 10 years. Vacation and sick time, we deserve it cause we hardly get to see our families. So next time you see an Officer, just say thanks.
