This was a really good movie and I enjoyed it that is right up until the end

3/5 Creepy,scary,and gross! Another Universe oozes into ours and leaves something hidden in the fog! Not such a warm and fuzzy ending as suggested in another comment! Not my fav King but still pretty good. Couldn't stand the constant preaching and the rest of her fanatical badgering and was really glad when that ended!

Dale, Carol and Andrea haha what is this, The Walking Dead? This movie made me cry so hard. 9/10 because I don't appreciate my favorite character being killed lol. Really darn awesome movie!

Its a very good movie. The ending left me totally depressed and i kept thinking about the end for half-an-hour after watching the movie.

Based on a Stephen King story this is an excellent little sci-fi/horror movie,considering the budget the special effects were actually pretty good but what really made this movie for me was the wonderfully warm and fuzzy ending which is just what you need after watching a scary movie,8/10.

I like the movie a lot, but didn`t like the end.

This movie is quite different from the book, especially the ending. Being a huge King fan, I much prefer the book, but the movie isn't bad. The ending is Darabont's creation, though it should be noted that King approved.

I think FRank Dorabont is the only director who is able to adapt Stephen KIng books into great movies.

the books ending in my opionion was alot better this ending ruined the movie for me the religious babble got annoying to almost to the point were i was gonna stop the movie coulda been great some parts were great loved the creatures but overall 4.5/10

this movie was soooo bad...dont even know where to start..to me it was so bad it was funny so at least that was good, had a good laugh...the end was retarted..dont see why they did that...so yeah so bad it was good 2/5

the ending was retarded and did not fit with the psycology of the characters, plus it was pointless and falwed you would need a very low IQ to buy into that crap. 1/5

The ending makes no sence because 1: These people were fighters they run outta gas and 2 seconds later he shoots them all that dose not add up. 2: You can here tanks for miles it was less than 100 yeards away and they could not hear it. that dose not make sence. 3: if the mist made sound impossilbe they still woulda felt the vibrations from the tank. That dose not add up as well. 4: The end was completeley pointless. overall this movie is a 0/5

Okay movie^^, Not one of my favorites but nice to watch with some friends

It's good to see that so many people liked this. I liked how the characters where kind of stereotypical, but it was done flat-out without pulling any punches. It reminds me of why I liked Gran Torino, but this was far better. Frank Darabont knows what's good. He also does "The Walking Dead!" And Shawshank! Freakin' genius.

this movie was awesome, full of fantasy monsters and a few scares but the ending was so sad and shocking...that's why I will never see this movie ever again.

Loved this, sort of a more independent-film take on sci-fi, and considering that its based on a Stephen King novel just automatically gives it status.

i swear this movie has some of the most annoying acting going on idk if its the roll their acting or the actors themselves but its like omfg just wanna knock the crap out of some of them. First time seeing the tentacles OMFG close the damn door already!! First night bugs got in cant even light them torches on fire suppose to turn off the lights and yet they turn them on gawd damn i can go on forever..
