Good Drama and a true story about equality amongst women in the work place and how far the men will go to stop it from happening. Great acting and Charlize Theron's best 8/10

Brilliant film, very touching, good display on how some people never give up the fight no matter what is thrown at them. Definitely recommend it.

CHarlize Theron was so awesome in this..I cant believe that it really was like that for women who were working there..That was just awful..I loved the whole movie. everybody blamed her and hated what she was doing but, she did it anyway and things she did still stand to this day..GREAT!!! 5/5

even though your comment implies that all white males should pay for the action of other white males, there are good and bad people everywhere. Whites just always felt superior, am i right or wrong, so they did some horrible things, because they were stupid back then and still many still are.

Charlize is one of the best actresses in hollywood. I really love this beautiful talented woman. She is awesome! this movie was good, I really liked it. lots of men don't think that the way that they treat a woman, someone else can be treating their wife, daughter, sister, grandma... aunt.. just the same way. would they want that? they just don't give a f because she is not their daughter. My heart goes out to all women who were treated and are still treated the same way as the women in this movie.

Richard Jenkins' passionate speech about how people who go to the same family picnics as Charleze can harass and persecute her at work. Seems alot of that going around and reflect the hypocrisy in America today. Excellent!
