why do people like this movie so much? its awful.

A great movie starring Sean Connery. At the end , Im not going to spoil anything , but , I am really disapointed that they did not continue with a second one. This really is a good film. 8/10

A nice movie with a lot of Innovation for a time piece. Acting was pretty tasteful and the parts allocated to the actors were played out as should with great veracity. If you like Aventure with scifi elements blended with historical,fictional characters , this is one movie you shoud watch.

Love this film. Even more then the graphic novel it is based on. No way would Alan Moore ever come up with a character as cool as the Dorian Gray in this film. Alan Moore is just too much of a sap. But this film is <3

Good idea in taking all the legendary characters and putting them in one team could have been so much better than it was. I fell asleep after about half an hour. Boring and disappointing.

No, dumass. The "American" was NOT ordinary. He was the grown up Tom Sawyer. The other American agent that dies was the freed slave from the same story, Jim. If you want to say dumb things about a movie, at least listen to the dialogue a bit. As you probably do not know who Tom Sawyer is, Its a story by Mark Twain about a very brave and resourceful boy names Tom Sawyer. He is far from ordinary, and very much a literary character.

Amazing movie it gather alot of sci-fi story's like "Dorian Grey" & Nemo from Jules Verne novel "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" & vampires & "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde " for Robert Louis Stevenson . Really amusing film , love it !

I watch the movie all the time. Adore it. Great acting, great storyline. Now I'm going to stop typing because I'm in rush to watch it again lol
