Wonderful Story. The BEST movie I've seen in a long time. We give it a 10

Beautifully done, even better than I expected. I knew all about the ending since I've read about the true story, but it was still a bit sad. An excellent cast was put together for this film.

Absolutely a beautiful heart warming story. This movie proves that human beings perform miracles when brought together under one cause! I am a true blue AMERICAN!! But at the end I was rooting for the Soviet Union to save these wonderful creatures!! And guess what?? They did exactly that! They risked their own lives for a common cause! To save these whales.

Humans lay waste to this planet every second of every minute of every hour of every day. Humans are making this planet inhabitable, not pill bugs, not whales, not birds .... humans. This is NOT a movie about people caring more about animals than they do for people. This is a story about some people recognizing and owning up to their responsibility for the many many species that continue to fall prey at the hands of a self-righteous, self-entitled, arrogant species: human beings. I'm sure that this comment will earn me some negative comments/karma, but you know what? I can f*cking live with that. I hope everyone has the kind of wonderful day that helps bring us all together more, rather than divide us further.
