I'm not a fan of ghost stories but I decided to watch this anyway. To me this was lame, however, I feel the same way about movies like Paranormal Activity. This was a waste of time for me but I can see how people that like these kind of films would enjoy it.

it's not inspired by a real story, it's a movie... but it's a good moie to watch if u like ghosts which is perfect for me!:D 4/5 !

I've never been a big fan of these mocumentaries and this one hasn't changed my opinion in the slightest,it's certainly no horror movie and is more of an exploration of a families grief at losing a child,if you're looking for a good ghost story give this one a miss as there are far better supernatural movies out there,4/10.

At first I thought it was interesting and felt it had potention. Then, I felt it was dragging. I kept waiting for something more to happen. Was not scary enough for me, even IF it were a true story.

Documentary style type movie. Slow. Even if it is true. Boring. 1/5 Should not be in the horror genre at all.

A bit of creepy stuff during the credits after I've sat through almost an hour and a half of nothing doesn't make up for a really boring, dull movie!

This should NOT be classed as 'horror'. Maybe if you go into it expecting a drama/mystery with a ghost popping up now and then, you'd find it enjoyable. For me this was one of the most boring things I've ever sat through! And anyone saying it's better than Blair Witch, you're clearly into a different genre of movie to horror, because Blair Witch is horror, this is not!!! Just because there's a few creepy photos during the credits, does not make it a horror movie! They should've been giving us those scares the whole way through! I'm giving it 1/5 and that's being kind. Watch it if you can't sleep - it'll help!!!

I guess we must not be seeing the same movie. This appeared to be some kind of documentary. I saw nothing to be considered a ghost story.

This was utterly Terrifying! This movie really creeped me OUT! There were some very scary and unsettling parts! and THIS movie, has one of the MOST Creepiest, Scariest parts in it that I have ever seem! It literally gave me the chills! No Blood, No Gore, Just pure psychological terror. That one part will stay with you! Highly recommended if you like creepy thrillers! :)

good film. how did blair witch get hyped and ones like this go unoticed? much better than watching someone running about with snot hanging out their noses! 8/10

Really freaked me out!!!! I couldn't believe this was a mocumentary!!! I still don't quite believe it now!!! Was completely convincing in my opinion!!! Will stay with me for a long time!!!!

are you people out of your fucking minds. i was shaking after i watched this film. maybe if you watched the ending then youd think differently. some people said they fell asleep. well get some rest first and then watch the film. and watch it all the way through first before you judge

Creepy in a very subtle way but in the end it left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt no sympathy for the people involved, actually quite a few of them were dodgy and emotionless.

Why the spoiler?

It's actually quite difficult to imagine that this isn't a true story, and that the actors playing the tragic Palmers are not exactly who they say they are. 7/10

Can anyone recommend some Aussie flicks? I found this and *The Tunnel* very satisfying watches!
