Watch Dressed to Kill: While taking a shower, Kate Miller, a middle-aged, sexually frustrated New York housewife, has a rape fantasy while her husband stands at the sink shaving. Later that day, after complaining to her psychiatrist Dr. Robert Elliott about her husband's pathetic performance in bed, she meets a strange man at a museum and returns to his apartment where they continue an adulterous encounter that began in the taxicab. This is my new favorite genre. Like 70's and 80's crime/thrillers. I like the way the film and colors of the era add something that I never appreciated b4. Good movie too. 3.5/5 Oh yeah, I first saw this at a drive-in with my moms at 5 yrs. I never forgot the elevator scene. WTF mom?

This Brian De Palma film set the stage for this genre, the killers lifestyle was shameful, now it is celebrated, only took 32 years for us as a society to allow this, good or bad. Blow Out is better, but this movie shocked most audiences that had the privilege of seeing it opening night in the theater. Some of those I presume saw Jaws on video cassette or another visual format, Jaws opened to record crowds and long lines, and it was scary as $hit, emphasis on all the $$ it made.

A great classic of de Palma. Anyone looking for a great thriller will not be disappointed in watching this. A long time favorite of mine. Solid story and actors. Well worth the watch. A 5/5.

Brian de palma,Micheal cain,angie dickinson and nightmares galore,a sensual elevator scene,hitchcockian,as in alfred,camera and musical scores make this a must-see,go ahead,i dare you,wont be disappointed.

It was an alright film for it's time. Pretty good story, but I personally found it very predictable, so the "twist" was no surprise. There were some parts that dragged on too long, and by the end it felt like a really long movie that could've gotten to the point much quicker. I think if I'd seen it 20 years ago, I would have enjoyed it more. 3/5

a nicely done thriller. Michael Caine is superb as usual. I highly recommend this film
