Worth watching movie. Very well acted and directed on a serious plot. However, I don't support that it should win an Oscar for the best movie. We can't compare it with "Invictus" as far better movie is concerned. This movie lacks certain things to provide a complete package of watching.

A bittersweet moral tale of the times we live in. A role only Clooney could pull off with such aplomb, he is so good at character building. A solid 8/10

Well I didn't think this movie was as good as people said I thought it was kinda boring. I did feel sorry for Clooney when he want to that ladies house that was bunk.

Amazing movie. There are obviously different types of stories a movie can convey. You can't compare, say, an existential tragedy with an inspirational movie or one where there's not plot and all special effects. I think lately hollywood has been failing. But I really liked this movie. It definitely captures the spirit of things in real life these days. I can relate completely to Clooney's character. It ends up sad, and I hated it, but only because I would hate to have that happen to me. The last moment in the movie was perfect. I think it was the small monologue at the end that made it more than a hollywood movie and a real peice of art because it represented a lot more than just an ending line. As a whole it was pretty existential. Loved it.

With this being from 2009, I wasn't expecting too much. Matter of a fact George Clooney is the only reason I watched it at all, but I was wrong. It's a great movie, he done a great job with this one. Any fan of his should watch this one for sure. I give it high 8 or low 9/10. It's also a good reminder of the times we're living in too.

This film is kind of a downer and leaves me wondering what really happened to George Clooney in the end. Could have used more action and less gray/dead space but great acting and great shooting throughout. 5/5

this is definitely one of my favourite movies. i'm a ground assistant staff and i see a lot of passengers passing by so often that it's like i've known them all my life..but i never thought on it on this perspective, these people can be so lonely and isolated from the real world. I always believed i wanted to have a job so i could travel all the time, but when you see that time passes by and that things as family, home and friends are not a constant part of your life you begin to see things diferently.As Clooney's character says in the movie "we die alone" but we don't necessarily have to live alone, that is so unfair and depressing... Worth seeing!!! 5/5!!!!!Clooney you're my man, loved his performance.

The quality of this movie is great. Personally, I didn't care for it much. Seems like the type of movie that would have done a lot better in the 70's. Music was kinda lame too. Loved the part when the girl had her little break down, otherwise too touchy/feely for me. 7/10
