Needles are just the tip of the iceberg. There are so many other products that can improve safety that are underutilized primarily because of the level of just absolute corruption in the medical supply industry. There is no oversight, its so broken its not funny

Brilliant movie about a subject near and dear to my heart. As a health care worker you accept that their are risks, you just hope you can minimize those risks any way possible. It would be nice to think that the employers would have the same perspective but as this movie so eloquently shows, this is anything but the case. Beyond the main theme this movie also effectively hits on several other social issues such as drug addiction, friendship, morality and power. I thought Chris Evans was really really good in his role as a brilliant attorney struggling with addiction issues but with a better sense of morality than the so called upstanding citizens. In short for me this movie works on many different levels, its a great watch and is neither to long or to drawn out, its tempo is great. It gets an A- and easily in my top 10 of 2011

WOW so glad this movie was recommend to me as I would have probably never seen it yes the budget was low but what amazing story just amazing take a chance and watch it :)

The movie was pretty good but not the greatest performance from chris evans- it almost felt like he was trying to hard. The film has a good message overall- 6.5/10

this movie was tremendous in the scope of a drama and the chris evens played mike weiss superbly! i would recomend this to everyone and also looking more into this cause of saftey needles! a must watch and a must have!

"At least I have the courage to lose for what's right." Wow that line really hit me. Very interesting movie, amazing and heartbreaking that it's based on a true story. It's tragic that good people like this become martyrs for their cause. Man I wish more people would see Chris in his roles like this and Sunshine, he is beyond amazing and plays his dramatic roles with such a subtly powerful performace. I don't know if anyone else could be such a convincing drug addict with a body like that lol. I started liking him because he's hilarious, but I fell in love with him for movies like this.

I am so glad to see Chris Evans in such a substantial and complex role. After years of action films, he is quite surprising (and still hot as hell). What kept running through my mind watching this film is how infuriating it is that PROFIT drives hospital and insurance corporations to not only compromise the care provided to patients, but the safety of providers. This film is compelling and captivating. 9/10

Great movie on a very delicate subject !! but like it was against the Tobacco Industry this true story shows the limitations forced on the Justice System by the big lobbies...huge settlements and all remains unchanged,really disgusting!...and yes,Evans body didn't fit the role one bit....,4/5.

amazing movie great acting just brilliant

Very insightful film... definitely one of those underdogs type stories. Really enjoyed it and it gave an interesting insight into high functioning drug addicts, as well as insight into the medical industry and all of that bureaucratic stuff. Great watch. I really loved the ending when they all walked in. :)

Was an okay movie. Just seemed to be missing something. Didn't like the drugged out attorney. I'm a health care professional that works in a big hospital and would have to say...They do put our safety a top priority. We have the saftely needles and the needless IV system. Even blood draw needles are made with safty's in place. I do know however that I am fortunate to work in a system that cares for it's employees and patients welfare. While I'm sure there are many that don't. I do think better regualations need to be in place. Back to the movie. Maybe 3/5. Sorry guys, I just wasn't that impressed with it.

these are my fav kind of movies, i really love anything to do with taking on the government or the legal system... although this has sad hints to it, it ultimately is extremely enjoyable... like that of Erin Brokovich

This story had the potential to be an amazing movie. It had all of the elements to make it another "Erin Brockovich"; David vs. Goliath while the characters all dealt with their own personal situations in the background. Plus, the directors were able to pull in some big names for small parts. Too bad the movie fell way short. The main story should have been the corporate corruption and greed that favors lining pockets rather than protecting our front-line workers and patients throughout the world. Instead, the story focused on the druggie character. In order to even understand what the story was I had to do some research after the movie was over. Hollywood ruined a powerful story with this drab, slow movie.
