5/5 Kurt Russell rules n this terrorist slappin, disaster almost,saved the day,thriller. Seagal is as usual his self righteous arrogant jerky self but then dies and the movie really takes off!

A great movie n Kurt Russell is certainly a great actor. It isn't very action packed bt was very intelligent. The end is explosive.

As always, Russell never disappoints. Great movie.

Take into consideration that others have NOT seen the film before giving revealing parts of the movie?

What can you say about a film that actually manages to almost make Seagal look noble AND kills him off in the first 1/2 hour - for me, mostly good things! This one got everything - bombs, nerve gas, nasty suicide-mission terrorists, and dead pilots and the result is over 2 hours of non-stop, nail-biting fun.

I liked it when it came out, but now, meh.

Originally, Travis was to die due to low cabin pressure causing his head to explode. Steven Seagal refused to shoot this scene for fear his fans would not like it. Director Stuart Baird insisted he must do it as scripted, though Seagal held up filming for a few days and argued that the scene was not realistic. Finally after threat of contractual breach, Seagal agreed to return to filming and a new death scene was scripted.
