i like it i wish we could of seen more of the gods 8/10

Nothing like the book. Sweet movie but it was hard to pay attention over my little sister's constant, "Wow, that was not the way it was in the book."

It was better than I thought it would be.Since I like the Greek mythology I enjoyed this movie a lot.Good story line and average acting but funny sometimes.Recommended for fantasy fans.

I like the idea of this movie but it seems to be for a younger audience. As far est the myths go the only thing that irked me was Athenas loss of virginity (but only because I liked her independence). The acting was OK but the plot could have been a bit less obvious. So a good effort and nice potential give it a 6/10

great movie lots of action and lots of Greek mythology references loved it. 4/5 only missed 1 point cause of a few loopholes but I over analyze most films.

They took this long because the film didn't do as well as they'd hoped in the US, they only got the go ahead due to overseas takings. It starts filming soon apparently so will see how it does as to whether the rest get made.

This movie was ok. The acting was quite good, the storyline was decent and the effects were alright. It all seemed to happen very rushedly though, jumping from one thing to the next instead of flowing. Just my opinion of course. 4.5/10

Wasn't expecting it to be good, damn...It surprised me a lot! I liked it! Man, how the heck did I not see this earlier?! Well, at least I've seen it now, very satisfying, surely I will add this to my DVD collection! Is waiting for the sequel! Yay!

Better, in my opinion, than the Harry Potter franchise, and unfortunately nowhere near as successful or popularly liked. It has adventure, mild humour and drama, and at the same time somewhat educates with the intrigue of Greek mythology. I really like the film, despite the fact that my favourite genres are Horror and Sci-Fi. Well acted, likeable characters. Nice special effects. I understand that fans of the books didn't like the movie because there were key elements in the book that were not portrayed to their liking. I can relate to that as I read comic books and constantly get annoyed with film interpretations that seem to destroy my favourite storylines and characters. Anyway, I give this film, for what it is, a good 8/10.
