Totally delusional film...an artificial exercise by great director Roman Polanski that in this mentally wasteful movie shows the limits of his old age....the picture was so badly acted that neither Foster nor Winslet deserved a Golden Globe nomination...2/5.

This movie is great. I liked it very much and I want to watch it again! I found myself in Kate Winslet's role! 9/10

i love the way it begins with common politeness, the amount of times they were about to leave the house but were too polite to reject coffee. then the downward spiral to complete carnage and the changing of sides, just masterful. bravo.

Version number 4 is a cam. This was a good intense movie. The feeling between the two couples started to boil over near the end. A bad thing about this movie was the ending. It just suddenly ended without any sort of resolution. 7/10.

after the first ten minutes you may be tempted to turn this off, DONT! because you will miss out on a very amusing and brilliantly written film. It esculates from two couples having a cival discussion into absolute chaos and each characters true personality surfaces. The film does end extremely abrubtly though and feels incomplete. 7/10

Brilliant acting, especially Jodie Foster. The story itself is not plausible, meandering between absurdism and sappy earnestness. I imagine it translates much better on stage than on film. 2.5/5

Awkward and tense yet kind of a funny situation and one you could see yourself in, very realistic dialogue. I mean its not a fast paced,rolling in the aisle type of movie but certainly a good watch 3.5/5

This adaptation is utterly hilarious. Besides the random ending, this is a funny, yet intelligent movie that is worth to be watched more than once. (Kate Winslet puking = greatest thing ever!)

Adapted from a play, CARNAGE is a brutally realistic drama or, at times,a vicious black comedy. The script is crisp, and the performances absolutely top-notch. Watch how civility quickly disintegrates into reality in one of Polanski's best films in quite some time. 5/5

This is a play pretending to be a movie. The set-up, that Winslett and hubbie would actually stay for longer than 10 mins in the company of these annoying assholes, beggars belief. If you can get past the artifice.....it's okkkk. I guess.

hahaha..this movie is so funny..Have patience and watch it..It's something different.

Really enjoyed this film, Christoph Waltz is definitely becoming one of my favourite actors along side john c reilly. Cast play thier places well, not sure about the ending tho 45 stars

fucked up funny movie watch it

My head nearly exploded from all the talking talking talking... It wasn't bad though. Acting was great. And in these kind of films where actors have to speak very often, It's quite impossible to hide bad acting. It's an odd genre type of film, kinda experimental, where event's are not important- character development and mutual relations/emotions are important. Felt too claustrophobic watching it, because everything happened in the same apartment with the same, small company for more than an hour. Only certain type of people would be into it. I got the idea, but I didn't like an aura.

Ha. I just saw the play God of Carnage so the title interested me. (Well the cast of actors interested me more but...) So I click on it and read the description. Yep. Definitely based off of the play so I know it will be good.

It was quirky and psychotic, a rollercoaster ride indeed, Christoph Waltz as always gave an outstanding performance, he's slowly becoming one of my favorite actors. Totally recommend it.
