Just Beautiful. Loved it. The subtitles are funny, but they don't interrupt them film. I mean I really loved it. Goes in my top 10.

It all depends...if you watch a scary movie and spend most of your time laughing or shaking your head....or loosing your eyesight in all that darkness,trying to read the most stupid english subs ever produced...what's the point???sorry folks 2/5 is even too much.

Pretty solid, very creepy horror flick for sure. I agree the subtitles were a bit difficult. Overall, not perfect but well worth a watch.

Stunning! Simultaneously horrific and magical. I will not forget this film ever as it is easily in my top ten favorite French horror films of all time. 5/5

Visually creepy, and the atmosphere created was totally haunted house nightmare quality. The acting (especially by the lead) was solid and kind of endearing. Unfortunately, the storyline wavered around quite a bit, and there were a lot of things left unexplained that had me thinking about what THAT was supposed to be/mean instead of enjoying the horror of the moment. 7/10.

A dark and creepy supernatural type horror. Even tho the subs really need work, this still made a pretty good movie. I think the ending couldve used a bit more explaination, it left me a lil confused. 7.5/10

I had a great time watching this, mainly because of the subtitles: "then it is certainly not the vault between these inlet hose." hahahaha. Not bad.

I wish I knew french;because the subtitles werent great,but they were quite funny.Example: 'It is quite difficult2get back2go outside,especially when we have a safe around the bear'! The film seemed pretty good,wud love 2 c again with proper subs.7/10

First, I have to say how I enjoyed all the little references to other horror movies, shows they have respect for the genre, which is always awesome! With that out of the way, I have to say that this movie was pretty good, but not amazing. Lets start with the good. I liked the location, small fishing town, born there probably going to die there type of thing. The acting was ok at best. I feel like the lead did a pretty good job but the rest of the cast didn't have much to work with. The editing was good and kept up with a brisk pace. Now the story is a little....off. I enjoyed the over all story but I feel like they could have explained a lot more stuff, especially the end. I would have also liked to have gotten some more backstory on Lucie and her mom/dad. They also had a few parts that didn't make much sense, this includes 3 ballerinas, a room with no doors, and floating land. The subs also didn't help much, they seem to have been translated word for word and ended up backwards, you'll see what I mean. I liked the filmmakers work, Inside and Im glad they decided to make another film, but I would have liked to have seen more out of it. Maybe the American remake will fix some of their mistakes, that is if they ever throw enough money at them so they give up the rights to the film! Over all a 7/10, could have been much cleaner.

I hate horror damm it !!! thought it was going to be different more on the suspense lane complete hate it, nonetheless good for those who like this shit...

This was my most anticipated film of the year. I'm glad I can take it off the list. I'm thankful for French Horror. 8.5/10

Very interesting movie. Lots of gore and strange subtitles. I am a bit confused by it but still with all it's darkness a movie not without charm.

Strange, but not in a good way. The story seemed silly and out of place. Not sure why so many good reviews. This may be one of the "it's so weird that if I say I don't like it then it means I don't like good movies" kinda deals. Honestly, it's boring and drags. Special effects are good, translations are laughable. Example: Guy: I missed you. Girl: Mutual.

This was a good & interesting movie,but It left me confused about certain parts. All in all it was a 8 out of 10 for me.

A bit strange movie but it has an orginial story and the acting is good. A lot of questions stay unanswered though. It made me remind of the figures in the games Bioshock and the nurses from Silent Hill Homecoming. I give this movie a 7/10.

Beautiful, unique, original, and creepy. Theres not much else I can say, because this movie pretty well speaks for itself. Also, it was not at all a predictable film. Its one downside is that the storyline feels a little all over-the-place, then again when I watched it I was not expecting a fantasy film. 8/10

Its was worth a watch. Nothing about this show really sticks out to be great but its not entirely bad. Ya give it a see its watchable.

Beautifully shot, with an amazing score, it brings to mind early 20th century French Grotesquerie, but a very romantic tale of two souls. The syntax of the English subtitles is a little off, but it's not too terribly difficult to understand. The lack of dialogue leaves the viewer with a lot of guess work, but again, it's a rather straight forward plot with purposeful characters... i.e. this isn't a complicated film, so don't analyze too much. 9/10

Oh my god this was an amazing movie. The subs were for shit though, that's sad but I understand french so :) It was a great movie with horror, gore and spookiness. Even a touching story as well. This is my new fav of this year.
