The movie was just ok, your typical end of the world movie. 4/10

this was like a spoof of diaster flicks versus being a diaster flickitself, however we know how some Asylum flicks can be, Good-Bad-Worse, i'll give this one worse:D- the acting gave this the grade it got.

Yes, I can act. Did it professionally. Read my comment below. It's spot on. It's fine that you enjoyed the film. Someone had to. But to blast other people's reviews with "can u act?" is pointless and irrelevant. That has nothing to do with it. That's like saying you think a painting is ugly. Can YOU paint? If a building is ugly to you, can YOU build one? See how ridiculous that is?

I love SyFy and natural disaster movies. I am the most forgiving person when it comes to bad acting, special effects, and everything else. Not this time. This was the absolute worst I've ever seen. There was no story whatsoever. No plot. It was like catching only the second half of a movie. No introduction, no getting to know any of the characters, no clue as to what they were doing... nothing. The acting was worse than pulling your average person off the street to give it a try. I made it through 21 minutes. I want a medal.

this movie was god awful, and i usually like syfy type movies... the acting especially the manager of the oil rig was just down right awful.... i skipped through this and watched it all in about 10 mins...

OMGOSH!! I havent been able to stop laughing since trying to watch this DUD! I so totally agree with URKELMAN about that rig captain, bahahahaha!!! There is no way that this movie cost more than a 100.00 bucks to make......people should watch for the laugh, make sure you watch long enough to get a load of that RIG CAPTAIN! The credits said his name was Dylan Vox, I am going to look his sorry acting butt up on facebook...and nyour gonna say "really?" oh my, my sides hurt from laughing so much...
