Good action movie, what it lacks in plot it makes up for in action. I should have watched the subtitled version and not the badly dubbed version [ too many modern slang words that didn't fit in the context ]. 6/10

Um, to say this movie has no story means you didnt really watch the movie. I loved the story, the action, given some scenes were a tad boring you cant really have full out action all through coz then there really is no story. 5/5 - i love Tony Jaa !!!!!!!!!

Excellent fight scenes.., and quality story-line..., I truly preferred this film over the first as it gives you larger perspective of the history behind the story. 4/5

PAY ATTENTION! weird, daiv101, you don't look like a round eye, but you review like one. this is one all around bad ass action movie. you people that see no plot in this are like the blind leading the blind. i will agree that they are not reinventing the wheel here, but the high production values, stellar choreography, and a seen before plot with some twists does make for some great entertainment. so he doesn't say much, but i have heard it said that a fool who talks too much sounds like a fool, and a fool who says little could be mistaken for a wise man. you should do as much. i will say the subtitles are sub par, but if you read into it a bit and pay attention you may realize this beats out most action movies out there on any level. the only "hole" i saw was after his dance routine before the king; how did he just leave. maybe bad editing or maybe they realized that we could figure it out for ourselves, but that does not say there was no plot. 10/10 for all you haters out there who don't appreciate silent films. the ending was a glorious attempt at something different too. from what i could tell it was a new attempt at a lead up to a sequel through audience participation. i for one hope there is. P.S. i did not see the first, but now i will.

wow! i used up my 70+ minutes of megavideo time in 45 minutes. i kept rewinding parts. i have no problems with the plot so far. i get back to you when i finish watching.

Some might disagree,but ong bak 2 was THE best of all his movies.The last showdown was brilliant,far better than "the protector".Although that also holds water.Amazing skills and performance.Recommend.Entertaining.

These Ong Bak films are horrible. Bad acting, the story line is weird and they tried way too hard for the dramatic effect which completely failed. The only good thing is of course the action.

A showcase of fight choreography and martial arts prowess with no purpose beyond demonstrating how badly Jaa can kick the crap out of people. If that's your thing, it can't be beat. For the rest of us, it may actually feel a little boring. The plot, such as it is, may as well have been written with finger paint. It doesn't so much have holes as giant patches where it screams "don't look at me!" lest its entire structure collapse upon itself. In Thailand's dusty past, a young boy is abducted by slavers and thrown to the crocodiles after witnessing his parents' death. He fights the reptiles fiercely, which prompts a bandit (Sorapong Chatree) to rescue and train him in the ways of ultimate bad-assery. ( x.s. read the review for this movie to know the full story )

sick crazy martial arts in this not as good as the first in my opinion but still this film is the mutts nutts 10/10

WOW! Easily one of the best martial arts movies I have ever seen. Action 10/10 acting, 9/10 plot 9/10. I really suggest downloading the mp4 with srt subtitles though, as the dialog is usually important.

um hate to be a smart ass but there is no karate in this film
