What is with Marina Sirtis in this film - pick an accent.

A topical sci-fi movie. There are genuine concerns among some about the LHC and the ultimate use of the research and the effect of the increased magnetic field - this movie seeks to dramatise some of these concerns - Good acting by Luke Goss - particularly the final scene and his agony of choice. Worth a watch.

did not like this movie... no real research was done for this, even a 10yr old would know more than these so called actors..heck one of the so called actors is a 1 hit 1980's second twin reject singer and i actually met him and his brothers when they had there one hit wonder

Like I said some of SyY flicks are better than others, however this flick just didn't click with me, the end of the world thing is getting old, yet this flick racked up a weak: D-.

the movie is good, the story is decent, the effects are nice, and nice ending, okay the science is totaly incorrect but hey its a movie not a scientific presentation of reality, and it is supposed to be entertaining, if you want truth go watch the science channel, not the sci fi channel, and gwolo stop being such a douche.

I can't believe how many of you have explained what specifically happens in this film, even the ending. If you haven't already read these posts, and discovered the plot, I'd give it go if you love the genre. I think I'll come back to it later.

This is definitely one of the better movies to come from the sci/fi channel and providing you're not going to get hung up over inaccurate science you'll probably find this an enjoyable movie to watch,7/10.
