A true '80s classic and my all-time favourite film. Great cast, soundtrack, acting, one liners, with just the right amount of comedy and horror to make this the enduring cult classic that it is. I've lost count as to how many times I've watched this film and it never gets old.

one of those films that is a joy from start to finish. a real gem in the over saturated section of vampire flicks. this could be described as the beginning of a new wave of vampire cool. without this , no buffy. 5/5.

This has the 1980's written all over it. Has dated slightly but I still love it...

Hands down, one of my favourite movies. Classic 80's film. I can watch this movie countless times and I never get tired of it. I don't like that they tried to do sequels of it, but it seems they're trying to remake and reboot all the old classics lately. Anyways, everyone should give this a watch. It's a great film. 5/5!

great great vampire flick, Kiefer Sutherland at his best! Great acting, great story, the ending u could see it mile away but it was still very good, better than Twilight soooo u must watch this

I cannot even tell you how many times I have seen this film. I bet it is in the high hundreds by now, but I love it every single time I see it. When I was in high school I wanted to be ALL of the young characters. They are all so cool! Tim Cappello, the singer and saxophonist from the boardwalk concert scene, is a real musician and has worked with some big-time entertainers. Enjoy this film over and over.

The best Vampire film ever made? I'm not being biased here, but they looked amazing the brutality was how it should be, David biting into a guys skull? Forget compulsion, and sweet talk.. This is how it's done! The fight between David & Michael at the end even though it's short it's probably one of the most epic show downs I've seen. One of my all time favorites!
