epic; a must watch. a few hours long and worth every minute

Truly epic! Cecil B. DeMille's most triumphant work ever. Forty years later and this movie still impresses me.

i love this movie too..it kinda reminds me of my childhood..the more i watch i begin to realize that moses made a huge mistake..it wud have been way easier for him to free the ppl if he had kept his past a secret till he takes in charge of the throne...

Was there ANY other state of the Union he could have had that damned NRA meeting? Apparently not. Watching BforC really changed my mind about him...Douche. A classic , epic film. What amazes me, is that they have not redone the special effects-with digital effects, and re-released it to theatres. Like they did with Star Wars. They could make a ton of money, were they to do that.

I love this movie, it's on every Easter and me and my sister and parents all watch it. It's like a tradition. I stayed up the whole movie last year, I usually don't!!!!!10/10

Moses also new who he was from birth as he was reared and nursed by his real mother. Back then children where nursed well up to 7 or 8 years old. Everyone, including Moses new he was born of Hebrew origin, it was no secret as the movie depicts.

This flick is awesome! I'd like to see a remake with our special affects today. It would also be nice to see more biblical accuracy. Moses is the MAN!! you go boy!!!

Words cannot describe how EXTREMELY in love I am with this movie. Charlton Heston, Yul Brynner, Anne Baxter, Yvonne De Carlo, Debra Paget and John Derek were all SUPERB in this film ! 2,000/10 I Love It ! Everyone should watch this.

Probably my top fav movie ever, and I am in no way religious. The acting and scenery along with the story make this a true classic of the ages. If only Hollywood stuck to her roots........
