Awesome Movie, Love the manga it's based on and both renditions of the anime adaptation. Jack Armstrong was excellent as "The Guyver aka Sean Barker". It still annoys me that it was advertised as Mark Hamill being the main role.

to the ppl who are not impressed, do a search for Guyver: Dark Hero, there was a slightly higher budget and the acting is much better. I have not seen the Manga it is based on, but I remember the film from my school days and my friends and I loved it.

Bad acting, badly cut, cheap costumes, effects & fight scenes were just too poor but yet i still enjoyed watching it!!

fyi mark hamil's face was necessary in order for the producing company to pick it up it needed star power at least that was what the guy said back when the television company TNT had monstervision ps don't get out of the soup too quickly

i agree guyver 2 was great,the ending had one of the best fight scenes ever!
