Its just a slow, slow ,slow moving film that never really goes anywhere, punk kid selling weed, and his lifes story BORING, happens eveyday...So if your really really board, with nothing else to watch, and dont want to use many brain cells, than this is an Awsome movie for you :) On a scale of 1-10 I give this one a 5 1/2 just for the push cart

Love this movie! great writing and the actors did there thing! had a KIDS vibe to me.

Josh peck went from fat to hot! and i really liked what i saw. the music was good, it was weird seeing the kid from drake and josh show listening to biggie and ultimately black music in general but i mostly loved looking at his eye candy face. Lol. nice movie, esp if you're into those sundance kind of films.

i love how this movie is set in a different point in time entirely and its sooo deep...grade:A!

Excellent movie - 10/10 a must see!!!!

As far as 'coming of age' dramas go, this one definitely goes near the top of the list. Josh Peck throws in easily his best performance as Shapiro, Olivia Thirlby proves herself as one of the best young actors today and Ben Kingsley is his usual magnetic self. I loved the time period in which the film takes place as well as all the sights and sounds from that era. RIP Kurt 10/10

Interesting take on modern-life nihilism, drog-use, teen rebellion, and middle age crisis. Worth to watch! The performances are awesome; I wouldn't know Josh Peck is such a good actor - he would deserve more spot! Kingsley was amazing too! And I liked that the script rose above the clich
