Good movie but very sad 4/5

This movie was all kinds of messed up. There was probably more nudity than really needed but it fit the story and they type of characters. It covered a lot of dark and gritty themes. Obviously not a blockbuster but if you are in the mood to watch a movie like this then I would recommend giving it a try. 4/5

Larry clark has an amazing ability to tell it as it is, after syaing that I found this very disturbing. A good watch though 7/10

Kids fighting for what they stand for,that boy turned out to be a good fighter instead of a pussy,sometimes ya have to release the pressure valve in life,,sad at the end though,,,but every movie cant end like " Old Yeller " Its a good watch,alot of good punches in this flick,,I didnt know you Irland boys could fight like that,,only kidding,,It was well worth the watch,,,Nick Stahl did a fantastic job playing this role..so on a scale from rockie to bloodsport this gets a 8...just dont punch a troll..they might kick ya in the ankle :)....

ranky and skanky and full of dumb-ass kids. i think these kids had super low i.q.... first of all, lots of so much better alternatives. why they thought that option was a good idea is beyond me. i would have just ignored the little prick... duh? the skanky hos left a bad taste in my mouth... hello? a.i.d.s. anyone? -and what the hell is up with telling everyone and their dog that... "hey guess what, we gonna murder someone tonight." holy smokes alive. these are the dumbest dumb-shits alive. good acting, for i was convinced of the pure stupidity of the kids they were portraying. good writing, felt very realistic.

very chilling to watch, knowing that these kids are planning to murder someone, and the way they do it too...it's very calculating!

HOLY SHIT.. this is based on a true story.. man them kids fucked up telling everyone .. why the hell didnt they just give him a good beating, usually stops bullies in their tracks .. good film 8/10 x

This movie is somewhat like "Mean Creek" but with a lot more sex, drugs, and violence. So you'll like it.

this should have been ..Comedy,drama,crime thriller.... it was a full deal...these kids had meat for brains.. umm i give this a solid 9/10

I have to disagree with the comments below, I didn't like this movie, not even Nick Stahl (Bobby)could save this for me, the main protagonists were very annoying and don't say thats how teenagers are, im one myself and they annoyed me, the movie barely seamed to get out of first gear with the main characters just talking about what their going to do for an hour and 20 minutes,, I wont spoil the ending but it was a good one, 4/10, the 4 is for the ending and Nick Stahl.

This movie did not really start for me until the murder. Until then, it was just a lot of swearing and sex. It got real interesting after the murder happened. 5/10.

The punishment is Rediculous... They should have all gotten the same punishment as they all Agreed to kill him & were there at the scene, Yet none done anything about it to prevent it from Happening. Also I don't get how 1 man gets Deathsentence, the rest Life in prison & others between 7-40 years. The Deathsentence and life in prison were way over the line. They aren't even serial killers. And everyone diserves a Second chance if they are willing to change their lives. No matter what the crime was/is.

Great movie and unfortunately there are plenty of characters like this making poor decisions every day. Try some other Larry Clark movies while youre here.

Great depiction of the Bobby Kent/Marty Puccio story. Saw the A&E special awhile back, it captivated me then and this captivated me now. How chilling was that kill scene? Awesome. 10/10.

Since the movie was based on a true story, it makes you wonder how screwed up you had to be to go along with the group. Good movie overall.

Definately a good watch...No need to repeat the same as everyone else...I don't get why only the one person got the death penalty when it is questionable as to which person dealt the actual "death blow"....8/10

This is one of those "weep for the future" kind of movies from the same director as KIDS. It was a little funnier and a little better than KIDS but still just as disturbing. I found myself laughing at how amazingly stupid these teenagers were.At the same time. It's pains me to know that is was based on a true story.This flick is very raw, gritty, sad, and poignant.Not for everyone,Worth the watch tho...

I did not care for the rap noises (cannot call that shit music)and the homosexual overtones but it kept me interested. These punk kids deserved what they had coming and more. It is too bad Jason is not chasing their little white asses and hacking them up. Lot of sex scenes. Well enjoy the feature and your popcorn.....
