seen this some yrs. ago, really didn't care 4 it then & still don't it's not bad just not my favorite.

Stephen King is one screwed up guy but he can tell an awesome story .... great movie!

A really good rendering of one of Stephen Kings darker tales this movie is a must see for all King fans,8/10.

Tis isn't the best Stephen King adaptation bt 4 a tv movie tis is very ,very good. It has the suspense n nail biting scenes v would love. The major plus is tat the thrills starts quickly afta 10 mins.

Most films of a book dont live up2 that book,just because its hard 2 get so much detail in2 a 1/half-2hour film.I liked this film because it still manages 2 pull u in2 that world.8/10

Boring,stupid.The guy that plays in the Movie was the beast in Butie and the beast..And another actor played in the T.V. show wings..Bad acting 2 boot..I went to the fridge got a snack and missed nothing..I dont like this 1 by king...They sould have rented Dolens Cadalack, and drove off into the sunset....On a scale of 1-10 I give this a 4 1/2...cause I liked the motor cycle

The problem with a lot of Stephen King adaptations is the sheer length of his works. His short stories carry well to movies because they don't have to cut a lot out. His major works such as IT and The Stand cannot be condensed into a 2 hour movie. Even the tv mini series had to cut bits, but they work much better. Of course they are both now being remade so with today effects and (hopefully) the right actors in the roles, they will be great. But the originals will always hold a place in my heart. Loved Gary Sinise as Stu, gonna be hard to replace him.

And to "dog1clear"s comment about the Book not having Christian under/overtones, you obviously didnt read the book. The book had a even MORE Christian tone to it. In reality the entire book revolved around it. The book either focused on unformed evil (Tak) or God.

I liked it, just finished the book a few days ago and it stuck pretty well to the story. Glad that they didnt go into so much detail about Tak's bloodloss and all the places it came from though, lol. 7/10 stars on this film.

"It" was the shit when it comes to Stephen King stories turned into video. Everything else has be bastardized. Still life will always be short. So check this adaptation out but read the book first......

Ok movie but Pearlman stole the show, yet again. Not the best Stephen King made for tv type book thingy. Then again I am not a huge fun of Stephen King. Hand full of his books I do like but this wasn't one of the them. The red haired chick drove me crazy and I kept hoping she would be next. Like a lot of authors who can't be bothered to explain what the monster is all about happened again in the movie. Unless you a real big fan of King's go for it but if you would rather watch a good horror flick look on.

Good movie! Definitely worth a watch. 7/10

I read this book and its prequel The Regulators and they were both Excellent books... This movie was exactly like the book I loved it and to who reads this and wants to see a good horror movie with a good message check this out 5/5

I love me some Stephen King. The books are always better, but it's nice to just watch a movie sometimes. 9/10

This was another decent Mick Garris directed Stephen King movie, though certainly not the best by a mile. Ron Perlman is ridiculous as the villain and Steven Webber and Tom Skerrit do well enough as the good guys. 5/10

oh dude, i read this book! it's an intense book. like most stephen king movies, it doesn't live up to the book. except for maybe Green Mile

Loved it. It is a B movie indeed. But very good as it forces you to dive in one of Stephen King's nightmare.
