i would guess, if i were pretending it was a real situation lol, that the kid looked ok was because of the procedures done before burial. and the mom had just been killed and was never fixed up to look like that, she just looked like a chick who got cut to pieces, died and came back...

Great movie, plot, acting. And of course the movie is from adapted from the book of the King himself. LOLOL. Stephen King. The little boy stating, "No Fair" is Hilarious IMO. Good Horror Movie. And Stephen King is the pastor when they are burying someone. 5/5 Stars

this movie was very good :D very creepy concept O.o fantastic acting, it definitely lived up to my expectations(: plus that kid that played Gage was adorable!!! 10/10 for the movie, but 10.5/10 just cuz Gage was sooo adorably cute :D

Not nearly as good as the book, the story isnt being told very well. Maybe theyll do a better job with the remake.

one of my favourite films tbh, and a really nice adaptation from the film! As others had said, the the thing that truly scared me about this film was Zelda, I literally get shivers every-time I watch/think of that scene :/ amazing film though!

Pretty good movie. Stephen King is awesome. I liked the Shining better though. This was actually pretty scary though. A must see around Halloween.

Based upon the book of the same name by Stephen King this is a great horror movie,when the Creeds move into their new house the neighbours are reluctant to talk about the sematary(spelt wrong on purpose)at the back of their new house and with good reason as we find out,8/10.

i loves this movie and king rocks with this classic creepy horror. gotta love it.

hatchet, if you read the book it explains that the sign "pet semetary" was written by children, it is to add a childlike quality to the mysterious dark horror!

This is an almost perfect horror movie. It's creative, compelling and frightening. Zelda haunted me for years and still does. I'm going to twist your back like mine so you'll never get out of bed again.

I just watch it eatin breakfast yummy.. it not so scarey in morning lol.. lov it 4/5

Really creepy n the fine storytelling assisted by very good acting made this movie so memorable. Some scenes made me jump n i love the sounds that u cn hear at the back when u watch the movie. Horror movie nowadays lack the good acting n good writing as this movie. Stephen KIng should write screenplays 4 his story adaptation.

I have always loved this movie and watched it with friends tonight. Even they thought it was scarier than most films, especially the intense sister monster chick. End credits song is delightfully cheesy as well making it even better. 9/10

"the scene" as you call it, always brings a lump to my throat, & makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up when i think how i would feel if that happened to my 5 year old. :-(

Best work from Steven King. This has to be one of the best movies from his books that was made.Mr. Monster cant believe it reminds me of the South Park Episode with Butters gotta love South Park. A great watch and actually made sense. Creepy like Children of the Corn not the new version that was made but the 80s version.
