One of the best representations of the Japanese Anime genre. I own this in my own collection and can't say enough good things about it.

Hey, Awesome movie! The perfect sequel to the original Vampire Hunter D. What I liked especially was the futuristic/retro tech, almost like streampunk but without the steam. And, outer space is involved! Really cool. D is just like always, and so is his "hand"; cynical as ever. Also, the amount of blood and spookiness was appropriate for a vampire flick. All in all, you MUST watch this if you were a fan of the original Vampire Hunter D... but still perfect if you like anime and/or vampires! 10 outta 10... fer story + animation graphics.

It is a very interesting watch...vampire love...the characters are very well designed, but the background scenes could be better though...Good that the film is not into the blood chase. 3/5

love this movie but it is the second....."blood lust" as it is called i requested the original but got an e-mail tht it was already here havent found it yet tho.....

Not really into anime but this was pretty good. I dont quite understand why he has a talking face on his hand but whatever...7/10.

i got every single book of this series so far it is a brilliantly made anime with a terrific plot and out of this world action scenes, definite 10/10

Compared to the first film, this one isnt as great. The darkness and the story seems to be off, and some of the things i enjoyed in the first film is completely gone. 3/5

it was surprising decent movie, surprising to someone whose never followed this series or anime. It was great to watch and entertaining, however there were somethings that seemed unpolished or just lacking. But entertaining now of the less.

Loved this. Watched it in English audio and at some point in the near future, I will watch it with subs to see how much of a difference it makes. I loved the art work of the Vampires. A great watch.
